Empower

Welcome to Empower! Our society has a goal of supporting everyone at whatever stage they are at on their fitness journey, and bringing people together through our fitness sessions and socials!

At Empower, our goal is to make sure people feel confident and comfortable both in and out of the gym. We are an inclusive society open to everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey, even at the beginning!

What you can expect as a member of UoS Empower:

         - Weekly fitness sessions with a qualified personal trainer. What is focused on in these sessions is completely up to our members! Whether you would like to learn a new exercise, improve your mobility, or just become fitter overall.

        - Socials both alcoholic and non-alcoholic such as brunch dates, studying together, pub quizzes, picnics, rock climbing, and many more!

        - The ability to meet people with similar interests and goals through our sessions and group trips to Jubilee and other gyms in Southampton!
