GeogSoc is a non-profit organisation run by students for students; all the money goes back into making the society better for members. Membership is 35 pounds for the whole three years of your degree and includes a free t-shirt for freshers and society discounts on socials, hoodies and trips! 2015/16 club and bar sponsorship details will soon be announced.

These are the current membership plans offered by Geography Society, although many groups offer a free period for new members to try out their group.

Good Food Society

General

We aim to provide a light and friendly environment for students to get together and enjoy good food. Our tasting events allow students to mingle with likeminded foodies, and to try new exotic, healthy, nutritious and delicious food that may not usually come under a student budget. We aim to provide an understanding of other cultures through food tasting, and organize restaurant trips to unusual places that will heighten students awareness of the varied food culture in Southampton.
