  • Club Secretary fills some of the roles of President, in collaboration with other committee members, working closely with the Captain on admin matters. The role of President was abolished at the end of the 2023-24 season. Their responsibility includes managing the clubs finances, admin, and emails.

Membership Information

These are the current membership fees offered by GeogSoc FC, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.

GEOGSOC FC Year Membership 2025/26FREE06/10/2025 - 15/06/2026This membership will allow you to participate in matches, training, socials and other activities with GeogSoc FC. We are an Intramural football club in the second division here at the University of Southampton. We are a fun yet competitive team who are always looking for new players to strengthen our squad and community. This is a free membership, but you may also need to purchase an IM sports pass in order to play in matches. Please only do this once you have spoken to a member of the committee. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email or message us using the details provided. We look forward to seeing you all at our trainings and socials in the near future!
