Weightlifting is a fantastic way to improve your overall athleticism and strength. Whether you are interested in competing, want to improve your performance in another sport or just try something new come along to a session.
We train on Wednesday at 3pm at lakeside weightlifting club and on Friday at 6pm at the Team Southampton Gym, Wide Lane. If you have any questions just send us an email and we'll reply as soon as possible. .
These are the current membership fees offered by Olympic Weightlifting, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
