Weightlifting is a fantastic way to improve your overall athleticism and strength. Whether you are interested in competing, want to improve your performance in another sport or just try something new come along to a session. We train on Wednesday at 3pm at Lakeside Weightlifting Club and on Tuesday at 8pm at the Team Southampton Gym, Wide Lane. Membership Information

These are the current membership fees offered by Olympic Weightlifting, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
