Padel Society
We are a padel society open to students of all abilities, whether you are completely new to the sport or already play regularly. Our aim is to give students a fun and welcoming place to play padel, meet new people, and stay active alongside their studies. We want the society to be friendly and inclusive, with opportunities for casual games, beginner sessions, and more competitive matches for those who are interested. Padel is a great sport for bringing people together, and we hope to create a community where everyone feels comfortable getting involved. As a society, we would help promote student wellbeing, teamwork, and social interaction through regular sessions and events. Whether members want to learn, improve, compete, or just play for fun, everyone would be welcome.

Freshers & Recruitment Representative
- The Freshers & Recruitment Representative will lead the promotion and growth of the Group to new and prospective students, taking responsibility for major recruitment initiatives such as the annual Bunfight and Freshers' Week events. They will organize large-scale welcome and taster events designed to engage incoming students, while supporting, and being supported by, the Social Secretary to ensure new members are smoothly integrated into the overall Group ethos and community.
Social Media Secretary
- The Social Media Secretary will manage and curate the Group’s social media platforms to increase visibility, promote sessions and events, and engage with current and prospective members. They will create engaging content to grow the society's online presence, help reach a wider audience across the university and local community, and keep members informed about upcoming activities
