Squash
University of Southampton Squash Club is for anyone interested in the fast-paced racket sport of squash. Our strong social side means the courts are also a great place to meet new people.

Looking for a sport that’s fast-paced, social, and seriously good for your fitness? Look no further. Squash is the perfect sport to pick up at university, and with 3 new courts located right on campus, in the amazing Jubilee sports centre, you can squeeze in a full-body workout between lectures - no excuses needed.
At UoS Squash, you’ll find:
- Weekly Club Nights open to all abilities
- Beginner sessions with coaching to help you get started
- Dedicated team training for our performance squads
- Access to quality coaching, fitness support, and player development opportunities
- A vibrant social scene, with regular socials and Squash Tour abroad (where we might play some squash...)
We're proud to be one of only three Performance Sports Teams at the University of Southampton, representing the very best of student sport. Our squads compete at a high level in BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) leagues, local Hampshire leagues, and national tournaments throughout the year. Whether you’re looking to compete or just want to play for fun, we’ve got something for everyone.
