Zumba is a mixture of dance and aerobic exercise that has taken the world by storm, attracting millions of people worldwide. It is easy to follow and a brilliant way to keep fit. Our classes are suitable for all abilities, so you don't have to have any dance experience to attend. Our classes don't require much time, effort or money (you don't need a gym membership to attend), and they are the most fun way to de-stress and feel great after a long day of work. They are an excellent way to keep fit, make friends and have a great time! We run 6 classes a week in the Activities Room in Building 42:
Monday: 4-4:40pm & 4:50-5:30 PM
Wednesday: 5:30-6:25 PM & 6:35-7:30 PM
Thursday: 4-4:40 PM & 4:50-5:30 PM
CLASS PRICES: £3/class for members £5/class for non-members £10 for yearly membership plus 50p SUSU admin fee (lasts the whole year and gives you a stamp card giving you every 6th class FREE!)
