The SUSU Advice Centre team know that your life and studies have changed. We’re still here to help and have created short practical guides while campus is closed and staff work remotely.

These guides take key topics and highlight what you can directly control, tips to better manage the impact of recent changes, as well as setting out what may help you in the longer term.

Our guides provide bitesize messages on practical topics including communicating clearly, getting the help that you need, and informing the right people in the right way if you are overwhelmed.

Topics will be added to provide practical advice and information as you begin to find ways to meet the challenges that come with change
