	4.	Membership matters a. Election of Open Place Union Councillors There are five Union Councillor places available at this meeting. Any student can stand. The election will be held in the meeting, and you will need to give a short (1 minute max.) speech. If you cannot attend the meeting, you can submit your nomination via email before 6pm on the day of the meeting to democracy@susu.org (150 words max.). b. Election of Union Council representatives on Zone Committees The is one place available on the Sports Development Zone Committee. Any member of Union Council can stand.
