housemate wanted :)

We have a spare bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house and we are a house of girls, in our second year of uni. The house is situated within the Polygon area, with rent being £109 a week, excluding bills. The bedroom available has a double bed, and there's a large living room and kitchen area with a garden.
