Looking for a room and for someone to take over current tenancy

Third year girl. Found out the room I am renting in a private accommodation would be in a flat with six guys and no girls so I am looking for a room in a mix gender or girl only flat/house. Budget would ideally be max £150-£160. Would also be happy to team up with some people to find a place. I am quiet and friendly. I am also looking for someone to take over my tenancy, it is £6240 for the year and on Bevois Valley.
