Im moving out of a 5 bed house and need someone to replace me. The rent is 460 monthly with a fixed utilities bill of 104.24 monthly. It’s a quiet house people keep to themselves, a 15 min walk from Lidl and Asda as well as a 7 min walk to the closest bus stop, giddy bridge. Move in preferably be almost immediately. It’s 2 girls and 2 guys currently living in the house, all very nice and clean.
