I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 4-bedroom student house, shared with three friendly and fun girls. The house has a great balance of social life, as we enjoy nights out just as much as relaxed nights in. The house is well looked after and in good condition, with four double bedrooms, a big and spacious kitchen, and a large living room that’s perfect for socialising or unwinding. There is a large garden, one bathroom, and two toilets, making it a comfortable place to live. The location is very convenient, with the train station just a 3-minute walk away and both Giddy Bridge Bus Station and Mayflower Bus Station under a 10-minute walk. This makes it ideal for getting to university, the city centre, and around Southampton easily. The contract is for 12 months, starting from 1st July.
