Placement Student looking to join house in Southampton

Posted on behalf of a friend: Hi there, I'm currently a second year student at Bath who is going on placement in Southampton for a year from July onwards. I'm looking for a house with other students, and I am still a full student for the purposes of council tax exemption etc. I'm a 19M who is tidy, friendly, and cooks. I need a car to get to my placement, so the house would need to have a driveway available or be eligible for parking permits.
