Looking for a Guy for 2 bedroom apartment!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a 2 bedroom flat as I can no longer pursue :( Both rooms are spacious and have double beds. There is a big living room and kitchen with dishwasher :). This starts July 1st and is round the corner from Lidl! The tenant living there is a 21 year old studying history in his final year and is very sociable and friendly and likes going out and PlayStation lol. Please let me know asap!
