Mixed house for 5 people in Highfield.

Hi there, My name is Sarah and I am a 2nd year BSc Geography student living with three other 2nd years (two girls, one boy) in a detached house a minute walk from Highfield Campus and in close proximity to Avenue Campus also (10 minute walk). We have a spare room with a double bed upstairs that needs filling, with a bathroom upstairs that you would be sharing with two girls. The rent is £125 per week including bills. There is limited parking as we have already secured the two parking permits we were allowed, however there is free parking along road(s) nearby. We are all very welcoming, kind, fun, and respectful people with a mix of those who like to go out and party as well as having cosy, calm nights in, so hopefully no matter what you prefer to do in your free time you will be able to fit right in!!
