Replacement Tenant for 4 person house in Highfield needed ASAP

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy in a mixed house with three others living there, 2 boys and a girl, all second year. The house is only a 10 minute walk away from Highfield campus. Rent is £475 a month with an additional £125 for a bills included package making a total of £600 per month.
