Any sort of halls contract

Hi! I am in desperate need of an accommodation and if possible, would like to take over a person's tenancy. I'd prefer to takeover a halls contract but I am open to basically any accommodation. Please let me know, as I am ready to move in as soon as possible! Thank you!
