Looking for someone to take my place in Student Halls

Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in Glen Eyre student accommodation, 10 mins walk from Highfield. It's a girl only flat in a Hillside House, basic room, and the bathrooms are shared. The contract is £6,463.24 per academic year. Good option for someone who applied for student halls but didn't get a room, or anyone else who needs cheaper accommodation option. My flatmates as mentioned before are all girls, very lovely and friendly.
