Anyone leaving a room/house? First-year needs to move urgently

Hi everyone, I'm a first-year student at Southampton and unfortunately my current private accommodation has turned out to be in really poor condition, so I'm now urgently looking to move somewhere else. If anyone is moving out of their room/house soon, knows of a room becoming free, or has a spare room in a house share, I'd really appreciate hearing about it. I'm flexible on area as long as it's a reasonable distance from campus, budget around £600-£800/month, and I'm looking for a smoke-free, alcohol-free household (otherwise easygoing and happy to fit in with any vibe).
