House tenancy takeover 2026-27

Hey my name is Liepa and I’m about to enter 2nd year of law. I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a uni house. The house is right next to Highfield on Shaftesbury Avenue. It’s an en-suite room with a double bed. The price is around £198 per week but in total £852 per months with bills included already. The house is 2 girls and 3 guys who are very friendly.
