Hi my name is Tom, I am currently looking for an extra tenant to move into a property with me and two of my friends (we are all boys) for the next calendar year. It is a 4 bedroom house located at 56A The Avenue. Our fourth tenant has decided to not return to University this year and we now are looking to fill the position ASAP! The house is very spacious with large bedrooms located very conveniently within a 15 minute walk to Highfield Campus, a similar distance to town and a 5 minute walk (if that) to Portswood High Street.
