3rd Year Maths with Computer Science Student Looking for a House

Hi, I'm a third-year Mathematics with Computer Science student at Southampton looking for accommodation for next year. I'm ideally looking for somewhere close to Highfield Campus (Highfield, Portswood, Swaythling etc.) and would like to keep costs reasonably low, around the £400–£500/month range before bills if possible. I'm tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I'd prefer a clean, non-smoking house and I'm not really looking for a big party house. I'd ideally like to live with other students, and would prefer an all-male house if possible, though I'm open to mixed houses too.
