Looking for housemate 2027/2028

Hi there! We are looking for another person to live in our three person house on Portswood Road next academic year. Really convenient placing as it is easy to get to Avenue and Highfield Campus from our house's location as well as being close to Portswood Broadway and the shops. We are both friendly and welcoming individuals who will be going into our third year. Rent is £533 per month with an additional £30 for bills.
