ASAP REPLACEMENT TENANT NEEDED- Winchester

Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room at Collegiate Cathedral, Winchester (SO23 7GY, Andover road) as I’m planning to move to different accommodation in Southampton which will be nearer to my University. You will be living with five other female first year students, which will make you the sixth member in the flat. It’s in a really convenient location while still being quiet and peaceful. Tesco is just a 1 minute walk away, Winchester train station is around 2 minutes away, and the bus station is about a 12-15 minute walk away. My location is also very close to the University of Winchester. It is around a 20 minute walk, 5 minutes by car and 8-10 minutes by bus. The rent is £138 per week, with all the bills included, such as electricity, water and other utilities. The room is also fully furnished with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of cupboard and shelf storage space, as well as multiple mirrors in both the bedroom and bathroom. Free WI-FI is included, and there is a shared kitchen.
