Looking for 1 housemate to join our group

Hi! We are 3 students (2 girls & 1 guy), all going into our final years, looking for a 4th person to join our group for the 2026-27 academic year. We are a chill, friendly group and we don’t party or drink. We are currently looking at 4 bedroom properties near the Avenue, in the area between the Polygon and Bevois Valley, that are close to bus stops, Lidl and Aldi, and are walkable distance to campus. Our upper budget is £125 pppw (including bills). Two of us are studying German (3rd years, currently on a year abroad, going into 4th), and one is studying Environmental Science (2nd year, going into 3rd).
