**Spacious Room Available in a Friendly Southampton Student House** I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m taking a pause year from university. The house is really lovely, and the room itself is very spacious, making it a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable place to live during their time at Southampton. You’d be living with five other students two guys and three girls who are all really lovely and friendly, making it a great environment to live in and feel at home. The house is around a 25-minute walk from the University of Southampton campus in Portswood and 5 minutes from aldi, and all bills are included in the rent, so you don’t need to worry about any extra costs. In total it is £647 per month and everyone in the house is lovely and all in their 3rd year. I’ll also include a video tour if you contact me privately so that you can get a proper feel for the room and the house.
