Looking for 1 Housemate for Portswood House 26-27

We are looking for 1 person to join our 6 bed house on Earls Road for the academic year 2026-27! We are currently 2 girls and 3 guys (they're lovely I swear), ages 19-21 and studying a mix of engineering and archaeology. Rent for the house is £142 per week and has all the standard amenities - double bed, washer-dryer, 2 bathrooms, 30 second walk to the corner shop etc etc. Two of us live in the house at the moment so can assure you it's in good condition and there are no issues with mould, noise, the landlord etc. If you're be interested in the house let me know! x
