My name is Giancarlo. URGENTLY looking for a housemate to fill our house of 5 (we currently have 4). The house has two bathrooms. The house is located at 54 Broadlands Road, so somewhat close to Burgess, which is definitely within walking distance to campus and so not too far from avenue as well. It is 114 pp per week including bills (rent alone is 90 pp per week). It's a great house at a great location. We are currently 3 guys and 1 girl, and we are all super chill and friendly, and most importantly, respectful (AND CLEAN). The four of us so far are all in our first years moving into our second, and do Mech Eng, Civil Eng, and Bio Chem.
