Burgess Road - Replacement Tenant Needed

I'm looking for someone to replace me as a tenant. It's £400 per month, not including utilities, but we have it set up to cost each person <£100 per month. Starting immediately and ends on the 30th of June 2026, you would be sharing the house with 3 other guys, all going into their second year of university. You would have the upstairs room facing the garden, which makes it both the quietest room and the one with the best view. Semi-detached house with 2 WCs and a shower, solid kitchen and the garden has been well-maintained by the landlord in between tenants. Just 15 minutes on foot from campus, there are also many nearby shops including one that sells fresh fruit and veg.
