Looking for female housemate

Hello, we are 4 girls and one guy (he’s gay) currently living in portswood in a six person house. We have had another housemate recently move out as he dropped out of university and we are looking for another girl to join us. We are nice, chatty people who love going out and spending time together. The rent is around £840 a month with bills included.
