Looking for 1 OR 2 housemates for next year

Me and one of my coursemates(both male) are first year students looking for at least 1 or 2 potential housemates for next year, preferably we would like to live next to the university itself so about 15-20 min walk. As for us, we like to go on outtings,movies, clubbing, gym/physical activities and play games(consoles/PC). We like to keep our surroundings clean and would prefer if you would do the same.
