URGENT: Tenancy Takeover

Hello, For a situation out of my control I need to find a replacement tenant urgently to move in around the 26th of sept; perhaps sooner. I currently live with 4 other people; 2 girls and 2 guys all 2nd year different degrees. They are very friendly and very clean. There are 2 bathrooms, one for the girls and one for the boys. The bedroom you would be taking over is mine. It has a big window, nice lighting, a double bed and a big desk. One of my housemates and I will give it a deep clean before you move in. It is about a 8min walk from highfield and a 25 min walk from avenue. The rent per week is about £134 without without bills.
