Looking for 1 person to move in for 2027

Hi! We’re looking for one person to join our five person student house, 7 minute walk from Hartley Library. One of our housemates is heading off on a year abroad, so we have a room available from July 2027. We’re a friendly group who enjoy spending evenings together in the living room. We don’t go out very often, but we like doing things on the weekends and heading to the gym together sometimes. We’d love to find someone friendly and considerate who’s happy to help keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. The rent is £630 per month and please drop me a message if you’re interested or would like to know more! :)
