Urgent! One housemate needed for 2026 (until 28/6/26)

I have had to pause my studies so looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible! It’s a shared house with 4 others and the available room has a double bed and lots of storage space. The other housemates are all 2nd year students (2 boys and 2 girls). It’s only a 10 minute walk to high field campus and parking next to the house.
