Hey looking for two replacement tenants to live in Portswood from July 1st 2025. My friend and I have signed a contract for second year but we have decided that we don't want to live in that area anymore due to circumstances regarding our courses. Our current housemates are really friendly and easy to get along with. It is a 20 minute walk from campus and a 14 minute walk from Sainsbury's and a 9 minute walk from Lidl.
