Flat on the avenue

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from really now - end of April, till June 27th when the tenancy finishes. The property is on the avenue, and is a 6 bed - there is only 3 tenants at the property so we use the extra bedrooms as storage and for guests etc. 2 bathrooms and a good sized kitchen with 2 fridges. Rent is £500 per month + about £70 in bills. Deposit is £500. Message me for more info!!! :)
