Looking for housemate The Avenue Road

Hello, we're looking for a fifth person after one flatmate dropped out. We are 4 boys going into 2nd year, and are somewhat sporty. We do indoor football, boxing, windsurfing and sailing. Our degrees are electrical engineering, physics, psychology and law. The house is located opposite the law courts on the avenue road, it has got 2 bathrooms and large rooms. It's perfect for being close to town, a 10 minute walk from Portswood and a 35 minute walk from Highfield. The bus stop for the U1 and the U2 are opposite the house so it's only 20 mins on the bus up to campus. We're a reasonably high energy group we like going out but we are a tidy bunch.
