✨🏡Friendly and Well-Kept household looking for 1 more for 26/27

We live at 124 Gordon Avenue. I'm going on placement in June until next year so my room is now free in our 8 bed 4 bath house. My room has a double bed, a sink and mirror, as well as other usual furniture. It is at the back of the house overlooking our fairly large garden. It is spacious and has a high ceiling. I'll be leaving behind 3 girls and 4 guys who I'll dearly miss. They're all great fun to be around and if you're fairly sociable you'll befriend them them in no time. We do sometimes have parties and we do go out fairly often, but this varies from person to person. Our house is the envy of our guests, but you'll just have to see it to believe it. Our kitchen is huge, as is our living room. We have a large TV and 2 washing machines and dryers upstairs in a dedicated niche. We are very near to Lidl and Portswood road. Avenue Campus is extremely close by and Highfield is comfortably within walking distance. Parking is also free on our road, and there's always been a spot for my car.
