Hi, my name's Sam and I am a 2nd year going into 3rd year student. We are currently looking for someone to take over a tenancy for next academic year. We are a nice bunch of lads, 3 of us moving onto 3rd year and 1 moving on to 2nd. The house has two kitchens and two bathrooms aswell as a decent sized communal area with sofa and tv.
