Looking for a housemate to fill a spare room ASAP.

Hi there, We are looking for a housemate to fill a spare room of our's. The move in date would be from now until the end of the academic year. We are a nice house made up of 3 guys and 2 girls, who all get on well. The rent is ~£520/month, but that includes all bills, gas, electric, Wi-Fi and TV license etc. We are a 10min bus ride/20min walk from highfield campus and close to many shops - Also a short journey to the city centre.
