Looking for a Replacement Tenant for Summer 2026✮!! (13/6/2026 to 04/09/2026)

I live in a flat shared with 2 other girls and it is an ensuite so you will have your own bathroom and the only shared space is the kitchen. It is the private student accomodation called Capitol Students Hampton Square, right above Nathan's Famous and across the road has a corner shop, an Asian supermarket and a Polish supermarket. It is a 15-minute walk to Highfield Campus too! Our flat is very quiet and peaceful as we all just get on with our own routines. The block I live in includes an elevator which takes you straight down to all the communal facilities: laundry room, cinema space, study rooms, gym and game room(has a pool table, darts, poker set, Mahjong and more). Overall, it is very convenient as everything is in the same building. I currently pay £228 per week with bills included. You are more than welcome, if you want, to come and have a viewing.
