Looking for replacement tenant for 34 Milton Road. 3 Girls 1 Boy, lovely housemates. House has 2 bathrooms, a garden, washer and dryer. Total rent per month is £571, including bills. Looking for someone to replace my contract as I cannot go to univeristy this year due to personal circumstances. Looking for immediate move in. Contract runs until July 31st.
