Tenant Needed Urgently

Hello, I’m unfortunately having to drop out of my house share for personal reasons. I currently live with 4 others, who are all very lovely, easy to get one with people. Everyone in the house is second year. The house is a 6 bed, meaning you will have the choice of two rooms. The rent is £134 per week including bills. Rent/bills are paid monthly. The house is located in Bevios Valley, and it is situation right next to a bus stop. Walking to campus takes between 20-30 minutes. I’m looking for contracts to be signed before 14/10.
