I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for a Bronze Plus en-suite room in Building D at Hampton Square, Portswood. It's a short walk to Highfield campus and close to Portswood Broadway for shops and buses. The room: - Double bed with a built-in headboard, shelf and reading light - Large desk with a pinboard, desk chair and under-desk drawers - Wardrobe plus open shelving - Private en-suite with a shower, toilet and sink - Big window with a lot of natural light It's a 5-bedroom flat, so you'd share the kitchen and a large lounge (sofas, TV and dining table) with 4 other students. Rent is £215 per week with bills included, and the tenancy runs until 23 July 2027. The takeover goes through Capitol Students directly, so you'd sign your own tenancy with them. It isn't a sublet.
