Looking for a female tennant

Hi all, my name is Harshini and I am looking for a female tennant to replace her as she put in her 2 month notice for the property and we are looking for a replacement ASAP! the student house is in Portswood and the rent is £130 per week including bills. It is a half an hour walk to Highfield campus and very local to a lot of shops i.e 8 min walk to Waitrose, 15 min walk to Sainsburys and 8 min walk to LIDL and ALDI. It is also a half an hour walk to the Southampton central station. All flatmates are females with 5 of us being freshers and 1 second year. We are all friendly and tidy people :).
