Female housemate needed

Our lovely female housemate is looking for a friend to stay with. We are currently looking at renting a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Columbia Lodge, Vermont Close 20 mins walk from Highfield campus. We urgently need a female housemate to join our 3 males, 1 female group. Rent is £93 per week non inclusive bills that will be paid since July. Our move in date would be September.
