Vacancy for 1 person, 6 minute walk from highfield campus, anyone welcome

The place is available to move in on the 19th September after the carpet is redone. it is a 6 minute walk from the Highfield campus the contract term is from September to the end of August. It has 3 large bedrooms, two shared toilets, a common room, a kitchen. it is 130 pppw, and bills are not included. when we move in, we will decide how much wifi we need before ordering it. Bills and Wifi are to be split amongst us equally. Each bedroom has a bed and desk, but there is no wardrobe provided. House rules and a chores rota will be decided when we move in. currently there are 2 of us (We're both male), we are looking for another first year to fill our 3rd room.
