Room available in Portswood from mid-September

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared house in Southampton from around the second week of September. I'm moving away for a 12-month internship, so I'm looking for someone to take over my share of the rent and join the existing housemates. The house is in Portswood, and is shared with 5 other students. The housemates are friendly and fairly independent, so it's a good setup if you want a place where you can get on with your own work while still having people around. The room will be available from approximately 7 September 2026. I'm planning to move my belongings out during the first week of September, so I'd prefer someone who can move in from the second week onwards.
