FEMALE REPLACEMENT TENANT NEEDED ASAP!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a house in Portswood. There are 4 others living there; 3 girls and 1 boy, and they are all second year students. The house is 10 minutes away from both Highfield and Avenue campus and is very sought after (we signed the contract around November last year). It's also really nearby Waitrose and Portswood high street. The rent is £155 a week, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge garden. The rent for this month is already paid, but we are looking for someone who can ideally move in ASAP! We are looking for preferably a girl to live there. Please let me know if you are interested!
